For Australian brands still taking orders by email
Your buyers place the order.
You stop retyping.
WholesaleOS is an ordering portal that runs under your own brand. Your retail buyers sign in, see the exact price you agreed with them, and reorder in one click — so the order arrives once, priced correctly, already in your system.

Same six jobs.
A different day.
None of this is exotic. It is the ordinary work of a wholesale business, done six times a day, by hand, in tools that were never built for it. Every row below is the same job — the only thing that changes is who does it.
Receiving an order
An email thread, retyped into a spreadsheet
Placed in the portal, in the queue, with full history
Quoting a price
Look up the tier, do the maths, hope it is current
Buyer signs in and sees their own negotiated price
Publishing a price list
Export a PDF, email it, watch it go stale
Update once, every buyer sees it immediately
Raising an invoice
Copy-paste into a template, one at a time
Generated automatically the moment an order lands
Chasing payment
Scroll the bank feed and guess
Outstanding, paid and overdue, tracked per buyer
Reordering
The buyer phones to ask what they ordered last time
The buyer repeats any past order in one click
“But will my buyers actually use it?”
It is the right question, and it is the one most platforms dodge. The honest answer has two halves: there is almost nothing for them to learn — and if one of them still refuses, you are not stuck.
Heavyweight Tee — Black
Size
What the buyer sees: your brand, your domain, and the price you agreed with them. No WholesaleOS logo anywhere in the portal.
They get a link
No app to install, no software to learn, no account they have to create from scratch. You approve them once and they are in — on a phone in a stockroom or a laptop in an office.
They see their price
Not RRP with a discount to work out. The price you agreed with them, on every line, with their volume breaks and MOQs already applied. There is nothing to calculate and nothing to argue about.
They order in minutes
Size × colour matrix for apparel, SKU quick-entry for power buyers, saved lists for the regulars. Fifty SKUs in about a minute instead of a marked-up PDF sent back at 11pm.
They repeat it next season
Every past order is one click from being placed again. This is the point most buyers stop emailing without ever being asked to.
If a buyer won’t switch
You place it for them.
A sales rep account lets you or your team place an order inside the portal on any buyer’s behalf. So the buyer who insists on phoning at 4pm keeps phoning — and their order still lands once, on their correct tier, in the same system as everyone else’s.
You never have to choose between a relationship and a clean set of books.
The parts of your week it takes off you.
Three of them, in the order you would meet them on a normal Tuesday. Everything else is on the features page.
You stop building reports to find out how you are going
Orders today, revenue this month, buyer approvals waiting on you and every overdue invoice — on one screen, the moment you sign in. No export, no pivot table, no Sunday night.
- Live order and revenue counters
- Approval queue

You stop hunting through email to find where an order got to
Placed, confirmed, shipped, delivered — filter by status or buyer and see payment tracked against each order. Pre-orders run through the same flow instead of living in a separate spreadsheet.

You stop being the only person who knows what each buyer pays
Assign price lists to customer groups with priority-based overrides. Gold, Silver and Bronze each sign in and see their own pricing — including volume breaks — so quoting stops being a job you personally have to be awake for.

You stop being the pricing engine
Gold, Silver, Bronze tiers, volume breaks, per-region price lists and multi-currency. Every buyer signs in and sees exactly what you negotiated with them — so nobody has to ask you, and nobody gets quoted the wrong number.
You stop chasing what you are owed
Net-30 through Net-90, credit limits per buyer, automatic overdue flagging and PDF invoices under your branding. You open one screen and know who owes you what.
Your buyers stop phoning to ask
Matrix ordering, SKU quick-entry, saved shopping lists and one-click reorder. The questions that used to come to you by phone are answered by the portal before they are asked.
It looks like your business, not ours
Your subdomain, your logo, your colours, four storefront themes. Buyers never see WholesaleOS branding anywhere. To them, you simply built a very good ordering system.
We build it.
You just trade.
You are not handed a login and left to configure a platform on top of your day job. Onboarding is done for you by the team that built the product, and it is included in the price — not quoted afterwards as an implementation fee.
- 01Day 1
You send us what you already have
A CSV, a Shopify connection, or the spreadsheet you have been keeping. We do the import — products, variants, inventory. You are not handed a login and left to figure it out.
- 02Day 1–2
We configure your terms
Customer groups, tiered price lists, MOQs, net terms, tax and shipping zones — set up to match the deals you have already agreed with your buyers. Not templates. Yours.
- 03Day 2
You check it before anyone sees it
We walk you through the portal with your real catalogue and your real pricing in it. Anything wrong gets fixed before a single buyer is invited.
- 04Day 2+
Your buyers are invited
The portal goes live on your subdomain, under your brand. Buyers register, you approve them, and they order against their own pricing. You keep trading throughout — nothing has to stop.
And if it doesn’t work out?
You have been sold software before. Somebody promised a two-week rollout and you were still cleaning up in March. Here is exactly what we have done so that changing your mind costs you nothing.
What if my buyers won’t use it?
You keep taking orders however they want to send them. A sales rep account lets you place an order on a buyer’s behalf in the same portal, so the order still lands once, correctly priced, in one system. Most buyers switch themselves once they see their own pricing and one-click reorder — but nobody has to be forced.
What if the setup drags on for months?
It is not self-serve. You send us your catalogue and your buyer terms, and we do the import and configuration. Typical portals are live within 48 hours. If yours will take longer because of the state of your data, we tell you that before you pay anything.
What if I want to leave?
No contract and no notice period. Cancel from your dashboard. Your products, buyers, orders and invoices export to CSV at any time — not on request, not as a paid service. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you are never locked out mid-move.
What if the price goes up once I’m dependent on it?
One flat monthly fee, every feature included. No per-order cut, no per-seat pricing, no charge for adding buyers or SKUs. Growing your wholesale business does not increase what you pay us.
One line on the invoice.
No surprises later.
Enterprise B2B platforms charge enterprise money and take a quarter to deploy. This does the same job for $149 a month, and it is running by Thursday — no per-order cut, no per-seat pricing, no six-figure implementation.

The things people ask before saying yes.
My buyers are not technical. Will they really use this?
There is nothing to install and nothing to learn — they click a link, sign in and see their own pricing. And you are not dependent on it: with a sales rep account you can place an order on a buyer’s behalf, so a buyer who insists on emailing or phoning still ends up as one correctly-priced order in one system. In practice buyers switch themselves once they find one-click reorder.
What happens to the orders and buyers I already have?
We import them during onboarding. Send us your catalogue as a CSV or connect Shopify, and give us your buyer list with the terms you have agreed with each of them. You do not re-enter anything, and you do not have to stop trading while we do it.
How do my buyers pay?
Net terms invoicing. Buyers place orders, you generate invoices, they pay you via bank transfer, and you record the payment in WholesaleOS. This is how most Australian wholesale already settles — we did not change it, we just stopped it living in your inbox.
Will you add card payments later?
Yes. Online card payments are coming. It will be optional — net terms will always be available, and nothing you set up now has to change.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes, at any time, without asking us. Products, buyers, orders and invoices all export to CSV from your dashboard. There is no contract and no notice period, and your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so a migration is never rushed.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no card required. We set up your portal during onboarding, so what you are trialling is your own catalogue and your own pricing, not a demo account full of sample data.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. Zero platform fees, zero transaction fees, no per-seat pricing. $149 USD per month, flat, whatever volume you do.
What if I need help after go-live?
You email the team that built and configured your portal, not a ticket queue. We respond within 4 hours during Australian business hours.
Do I need Shopify?
No. WholesaleOS works standalone. Shopify sync is optional — you can add products manually or via CSV import, and plenty of brands run it without a Shopify store at all.
Do you support Australia Post?
Yes. Flat-rate zones, weight-based rates, or live Australia Post, Sendle and TNT rates via EasyPost.
How do I pay for WholesaleOS?
We invoice you monthly and you pay by bank transfer. We issue a tax invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contracts. Cancel from your dashboard. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Not here? Email us and a person who built the product will answer it — usually within four hours, Australian time.
Take wholesale off email.
Be trading by Thursday.
Send us your catalogue and your buyer terms. We will have your portal built and ready for you to look at — before you have paid anything, and before a single buyer is invited.
