1. Subscription Refunds
Free Trial
All accounts include a 14-day free trial. No payment is charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period with no obligation.
Monthly Subscription ($149 USD/month)
- Within the first 7 days of a paid month: you may request a full refund for that month. Contact us at hello@getwholesaleos.com with your account email. If approved, the refund will be executed via our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- After 7 days: no refund is available for the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month and your portal remains accessible until then.
Downgrades
If future plan tiers are introduced, downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refund or credit is issued for the remainder of the current cycle.
2. Merchant of Record
All subscription payments for WholesaleOS are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, our official Merchant of Record. This means:
- Lemon Squeezy processes the original charge and will process any approved refunds
- Refunds will appear on your statement as a credit from Lemon Squeezy
- Lemon Squeezy handles applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST — refunds include any tax originally collected
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit

3. Disputes Between Tenants and Buyers
WholesaleOS is a platform provider, not the seller. We provide the software that enables wholesale transactions — we are not a party to the transactions themselves.
- Refunds for products purchased through a tenant's wholesale portal are the responsibility of the tenant, not WholesaleOS
- If a buyer has a dispute with a tenant about product quality, shipping, pricing, or any other matter — the buyer should contact the tenant directly
- WholesaleOS does not mediate, arbitrate, or resolve disputes between tenants and their buyers
- All wholesale payments between tenants and buyers occur outside WholesaleOS — we have no involvement in or visibility into these transactions
4. Service Credits
If the WholesaleOS platform experiences significant unscheduled downtime (more than 4 consecutive hours), affected tenants may request a service credit.
- Credit amount: pro-rated based on the duration of downtime relative to your monthly subscription cost
- How credits work: credits are applied to your next billing cycle. They are not refunded as cash or transferable to other accounts.
- How to claim: email hello@getwholesaleos.com within 7 days of the downtime event with your account email and the approximate time of the outage
- Exclusions: credits are not available for scheduled maintenance (announced 24+ hours in advance), force majeure events, or downtime caused by third-party services (hosting providers, email services)
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email hello@getwholesaleos.com with your account email and the reason for your request
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- Refund Processing: All approved refunds are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Funds are automatically returned to the original credit card or payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
6. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations (see our Terms of Service)
- Accounts where fraudulent activity has been detected
- Subscription refund requests made more than 7 days into the current billing period
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
